Help about problem animus RF version 2.2.3

I have problem about animus when %recallexp 9999999999999999
the animus level not same with the level cap ( the cap 81 ),
I already set the animus level at the zoneserver to max level 81 ,
and edit in Character.edf about the animus coloum max 81 ,
and for the script animus server already correct max 81.
and for the RF_Online.bin I use the clean bin.

Can someone tell me what I need to edit to fix the level animus same with the level cap , When i am edit 2.2.3.2 i not get this problem ,
