Алоха, надеюсь есть здесь люди владеющие английским выше уровня доты/рфки, и надеюсь вы уделите мне пару минут. Увели акк стима, да так увели что своими силами восстановить нельзя, только через саппорт, писал в русский саппорт, уже неделя прошла, никто не ответил, может там вообще никого нет, сегодня защита СтимГварда спадет и вещи уплывут, но может англоязычный саппорт хотя бы ответит, собственно сабж, нужно перевести текст запроса в саппорт.
Вот текст:
"Здравствуйте! 7 мая мне взломали почту, изменили пароли на аккаунте Steam и изменили контактный адрес электронной почты, своими силами я теперь не могу восстановить аккаунт, я уже писал об этой проблеме русскоязычный саппорт но мне не ответили. Завтра истечет недельный срок защиты SteamGuard и с моего аккаунт снимут вещи из игры Dota 2, прошу вас займитесь моей проблемой. Прикрепляю электронные чеки пополнения Steam кошелька и отчеты о покупке в магазине Dota 2, скриншоты моего инвентаря Dota 2 на момент взлома, также прилагаю запрос верификации SteamGuard`a который отправил мошенник, его IP принадлежит к Украине, а я всегда входил из Казахстана, проверьте логи, думаю тут не остается вопросов о подлинности того что я настоящий владелец аккаунта."
