This is alot of work in progress and mostly being done myself so forgive me on time constraints if I cannot instantly respond to emails, messages, or private messages on skype in relation to this as I on a daily basis get swamped with them.
This is a simple, it gets leaked I stop updating it and I discontinue the progress on the launcher and future content in relation to it and anything that will be released upon completion that is not currently publicly available until it is done to avoid leaking of game breaking material(s) and abuse.

Actually there is quite a few new things in there. Yall have been using the .mtl files for the water for awhile, where-as I use shaders instead to produce it. Being able to view private equipment was not on the RU and there is also some clean-up's of alot of scripts in there and different changes.
It's fine people want to rip, just gives the incentive to sit and finish up the program we're working on that will lua inject ontop of do everything the cvars and shader changes does and then they'll be no more point in using qbms.
